Data collected by the BeeVisit application

E-mail address

This is the only personal data required to use the BeeVisit application.

The e-mail address is necessary for the forgotten password recovery procedure.

Other personal information :

All of the following information are optional

• Profile - Basic information / Beekeeper:
  Last name, first name, address, telephone numbers and administrative references of the beekeeper (SIRET, DSV, NUMAGRIT, NAPI).
  

Data required for the technical operation of the application :

• Preferences
  Language, required for displaying pages, lists and menus
• Terminal identification
  Identifier assigned to your terminal by the application, in order to enable automatic connection without re-entering the password.

Content entered by the beekeeper via the application:

This is not personal information, but content entered by the user for future reference (on screen or in a document), which is the very essence of the application.

• Apiaries
  Name, address, geolocation, remarks.
  The user only needs to assign a name to an apiary; all other information relating to the apiary is optional.
• Hives
  Name, remarks, apiary, installation date, removal date, bee breed, queen color and marking date.
  The user only needs to assign a name to a hive; all other information relating to the apiary is optional.
• Visits
  Date, events, hives visited, comments, hive evaluation based on various criteria.
• Profile - GDS / PSE
  Name, address and telephone number of the Groupement de Défense Sanitaire on which the beekeeper depends.
  Apiary health plan, name, address and telephone number of veterinarian and health officer.
  Simple notepad for storing useful information, none of them mandatory.

How long we keep your data

Data collected through the BeeVisit application is stored on our server in France.

When the user modifies or deletes data from the application, it is instantly modified or deleted from the server.
No previous data is retained when the user modifies or deletes data.

No transmission of your data

Any data entered by the user in the application is for his own exclusive use and is not passed on to any third party, whether it be e-mail address, personal information or recorded content.

Use of your data

The e-mail address entered by the user may be used from time to time for the transmission of information relating to the application or the services offered.

The data entered by the user in the application is processed and stored exclusively for the purpose of being returned to the user, either in on-screen consultation in the application itself, or in the form of documents produced from this data at the user's request (apiary register, apiary declaration). These documents are created automatically, on the fly, and communicated to the user by download to their terminal or by e-mail to the address of their choice; they are not stored on our server.

Since all personal data is optional, as specified above, the completeness and interest for the user of the produced documents will of course depend on the level of information entered.

Access, rectification and deletion rights

Users can access, modify or delete all their data at any time, directly in the application.
When the user modifies or deletes data from the application, it is instantly modified or deleted from the server.

No previous data is retained when a user modifies or deletes data.
